Apple & Rhubarb Pie
Is there anything better than the smell of a freshly baked pie resting on the counter?
Mmmm - yummy!
I made a apple and rhubarb pie this afternoon, ready for dessert tomorrow night when we have our final Ningaloo meeting (we get together every now and then to 'discuss' Ningaloo - really just an excuse to have some fun...)
