Liana Kampman had a Winter Wonderland party for her 25th Birthday a couple of weekends ago - Happy Birthday Liana! As my present to her (what does a 25 year old girl need anyway?) I offered to make the birthday cake. This is how it turned out! I had to choose between making it look perfect and using gross tasting icing, or making it not so perfect but oh-so-yummy!
I chose the yummy option - and yummy it was!

I made the snowflakes, snowballs, snowman and penguins all out of icing!
